Beware of this business! «Owner» Andrew J. Bankowski is operating this business illegally in the state of Maryland — It’s status has been forfeited since 2010. This site can be found under «maryland business entity search» on any search engine. He can also be found listed on the Maryland judiciary case search with two full pages of civil suits against him from other businesses, customers, and the government!

AJB was engaged to provide a new heating and cooling system for our old home. While the young gentlemen who came to the house were pleasant, the work was shoddy. There was such inattention to detail that one of the pipes needed to connect the system to the furnace was on BACKWARDS. When installing vents in the ceiling (using the attic as access), they cracked the ceiling. They made mistakes in calculating the pressure needed to correctly power the system, and it took several trips for them to resolve the issue.
The initial placement for one of the units was a very poor aesthetic choice and it took collective brainstorming for them to determine a different, less obtrusive placement was possible– but not before they cut a hole in the wall that allowed us to stick our hand outside to see if it was raining! They filled that with goop, but our contractor had to correct the damage.
A project that was perhaps two or three weeks long spanned into double that, costing our contractor money and creating a lot of stress in our house. We grew tired of listening to excuses and only wanted to hear solutions.
Think twice before you engage this company on a big project. For small, uncomplicated matters this company may be ok— but for ours, there were a lot of screw ups (including in filling out the paperwork for our energy rebate)

Do not use them for your AC/​Furnace work! I had them do an AC service in Baltimore in August 2010. They told me the AC was not working because the furnace needed to be replaced. The total cost for the service and the furnace was 2800 $. I was never given the warranty that they promised. I have called 4 times to their VARIOUS Maryland offices with no response. I have sent two letters to BOTH office addresses without a response. I continue to have problems with my AC!!! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE AND WILL DISAPPEAR!
