Ray’s is a lunch truck with a breakfast and lunch menu. He opens at 06:30 am and closes at 1:30 pm. He is a favorite with Truckers and tradesmen for the quality of his food. He has great breakfast sandwiches in the $ $ 4:00 to $ 5:00 dollar range, with hash browns for $ 1:00. Rumour has it he cooks his eggs in butter, unless you request different.
His cheesesteak is a superior pre– marinated beef, cooked in olive oil. I added raw onion to mine. I added sliced raw onion, it stay’s on the sandwich better than diced onion. My verdict? Perfect. Tender, tasty beef, cheese, raw onion on a long roll, that melts together for great taste. I will review his breakfast sandwiches in the near future.
