A Petal Pusher

Not only is the quality of their work poor, their customer service is abhorrent. I went into their shoppe to design three flower arrangements for my husbands wake and funeral. The consultation went well and I expected to receive what I paid for.
Unfortunately, one display featuring calle lilies was diseased with holes and spots on the petals. I first saw them one hour after delivery, it was clear they used inferior product. Another display was entirely the wrong size and ruined our memorial display for my husbands urn.
I visited their shop with the hopes of an apology and explanation. Instead I was treated rudely with yelling, lied to and accused of asking for the wrong sizes. Due to a long illness, my husband and I had time to plan his funeral and memorial services and we were detailed in our planning. It is heartbreaking that I was unable to honor his final wishes because Petal Pushers did whatever they wanted and took advantage of my time of grief and tried to pass off poor quality flowers while charging more than $ 500 for three arrangements. I find the owners response disgusting and I will never get another chance to say farewell to my husband the way we planned.
I hope no one else has to experience what my family did. Please reconsider using this business.
