I’m only in my 3^rd session of Structural Integration with Pat Christopherson and I am overwhelmed by the profound improvements I’ve made in this short time. Furthermore, you would be hard pressed to find a more precise, caring and professional bodyworker. The nature of the business requires a certain flexibility with your schedule. Structural Integration is very physical and can be tough on the practitioner. She is limited to how many appointments she can take in a day. The length of each session also varies but for me in particular is about 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this to any person living in chronic pain, has difficulty from a trauma or any athlete looking to gain muscular strength, flexibility and increased range of motion. Again, Pat is an amazing bodyworker who has a passion for her work and excels at it. I highly recommend her services.
The also offer acupuncture here. I have not tried their services but I’ve heard good things.
