Across the Floor

This place is located on Main Street in Woodbridge.
I came here 3 months before my wedding to request private lessons for my wedding song. My then fiancé and I wanted to be able to dance well together for our guests (and the video!).
When I got there, the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and told me to leave my number and that the instructor would call me. Common and simple enough.
A whole week went by and I didn’t get a call back. So I called them. The same pleasant young lady answered and apologized for the instructor not getting back to me. She said the instructor had gotten them message and she would tell her again.
Another week went by and nothing. I stopped by in person again and saw a different person in the front and explained the situation and how now we were less than 3 months out for the wedding. She approve and said would relay the message to the instructor.
Another week went by, nothing. I finally gave up and went to the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Westfield. It was SUPER expensive and we were short on time but they got the job done.
I was very disappointed in Across the Floor. At least have the courtesy to call me back and tell me you weren’t available or some other lie. Unreal how unprofessional and unresponsive. Do NOT recommend.
