Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels

Fast. Convenient. If you like carbs and/​or bread-​like food to go, then this place is for you, but most hard pretzel fans will be greatly disappointed.
Various pretzels prepared in various soft preparations, including sweet ways. If you tried their pretzels at any mall, the food is the same at this PM location, one THOSE food chains. You know what you’re getting. When I’m in a rush and not feeling too picky and I need something in the tummy badly to snack on, I rush for a pretzel. (Very bad, I know.) When coming in, I either get the cinnamon/​sugar pretzel (in the morn) or the jalapeño (before-​lunch or before-​dinner snack).
The customer service is fine, but not distinguishable. Just ask questions about freshness of their products. Sometimes the stuff may look as if they were in the bin for several hours, especially check if you go right before closing.
