Bose Factory Store

Bose never ceases to amaze me! They have the best of the best. I always wander into a Bose store when I am around one to see what the latest and greatest is.
I’ve owned close to 7 Bose products over the past 10 years and the quality of the sound has never failed. The prices never frills over the years, which gives the peace of mind that I’m getting good quality for the prices for years to come.
Anyways, I found a new version of the surround sounds system and Bose is willing to take back my old system (8 years old) and give me money towards the newer one!

Came in and they immediately helped me and took my old system as I traded up for a newer one. Ken was awesome and answered all my questions. All the staff was very friendly throughout the process.

Just purchased a new soundbar system for my new condo from this store. It was a great experience! Andrew, my sales person, was very interested in my «problem», I have a 50″ Samsung PLasma and it doesn’t sound good at all. He offered a demo of the Cinemate 1SR system, and my wife and I were floored! In the past, I used a Kenwood receiver and Sony surround sound speakers, but with us downsizing, this made it much more simple. After we decided this was the best product for us, we rewarded Andrew with the sale, and he even offered to show us the theater show, which was just as awesome as the soundbar, but I don’t want to wire things so the soundbar is perfect! I would recommend this store over Best Buy or HHGregg, so much better service and the staff seems to have fun with their job!
