I don’t know where they get there bartenders from. We were at the Woodbridge location sat down at the bar and was totally ignored She talked to 2 of her costumers like they were the only ones in there. When I did get her attention she had a attitude because I interrupted her. The wings were under cooked so I only ate 2 small ones that were cooked little better then the big ones. She never ask me how they were or why I left so many. She could have cared less. I had been in there before and had a great bartender. So maybe Kelly could take lessons from them.

The worst Buffalo wild wings ever. Don’t ever go to this place. They had us waiting over 15 minutes for a table to clear up when half of the location was an occupied. Other people were walking by us and getting tables while the left us standing there waiting to be served. We spoke to the manager and he was totally unprofessional. He said that we had to wait for the large party to leave so he can give us the table that they are using. This has been the worst experience ever at Buffalo wild wings. We will never go back. Sorry Buffalo wild wings you lack customer service and customer appreciation. Reconsider retraining your managers and staff at locations so they can learn how to obsess over your customers and provide the expected customer service. Fair warning to all visiting this location.

Did a to go order. Had the thai curry and garlic parmesan wings with garlic fried mushrooms. Everythings was awesome. Gave it 4 stars because the food took 30 min longer than they said it would which made the wait over an hour

After HORRIBLE service at the RT.1/Alexandria location we walked out and drove down to the Woodbridge location where we received impeccable customer service from Aaron and Arielle. Well done Woodbridge… I think you are keeping BW3’s sinking ship afloat. Thank you AAron and Arielle for helping our experience! Great smiles, and great service. We hope to come back again, soon.

Great wings, horrible service. Possibly the worst customer service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. We’ve been here several times & had takeout 4 or 5 times. EVERY time they forget something, mess up our order somehow or leave us waiting forever when we’ve eaten in. They don’t even ask to refill your drink. They’d make more $ as we would get more drinks, but they never come back. Takeout: Got wings & quesadilla. Quesadilla had virtually no cheese & fell apart when picked up. Called & manager was very nice & gave us another order the next day.(much appreciated) This time the food was better, however they forgot EVERYTHING in the bag on the checklist. As a matter of fact the checklist was not done by anyone! It was blank. Hubby had to ask for his sauce 4 his shrimp. They gave us no blue cheese for our wings! NONE. No dressing for my salad. No utensils. No napkins. No ketchup. Nothing. And my salad was bagged with all the hot food. WOW! Who is overseeing these people? This is crazy. So my advice? Check your bag THOROUGHLY b4 leaving the rest. U will have to ask for everything! Check all your food. Ask 4 napkins, dressing, forks, etc. As 4 me, I don’t care how good their wings are, I think I’m done with BWW. 2 many good rest. in the area to continue to give them our $$. The other reviews reflect that the service has been bad 4 yrs. so mngt. is not doing their job obviously. If u really want to eat there, make sure u have LOTS of time to kill cuz u will wait a very long time & have to ask 4 everything. The food is usually good, but the service is just awful. Mostly young people who stand around & joke/talk with each other & ignore their customers. I’m gonna try Stafford & see if they’re any better.

This was not my first choice — but as part of a group of Soccer Players and Parents — in between matches — we decided to go — lot’s of TVs to watch the NCAA tournament that is going on. When we arrived around 1pm — it was very empty(that should have been a clue). There was another group in front of us — 25 — that they were working on seating. It took about 10 minutes before we were seated — and there was still space in the restaurant after we had our seats. The servers were disorganized — working the first group — but got it done. They started to work our group — but really should have had more taking our orders. We got our orders in — but now we are 30 minutes in — and we really only have 1 hour 20 minutes total time. We are told the food will be out in time. 15 minutes later — some people have drinks — some don’t. My son and I didn’t — all we wanted was water. We grabbed a server and were able to get some water. We had decided to ask for our checks early — to pay — so we could eat and run — that was a mistake. I went ahead and paid — what worked out to $ 20. I paid by credit card — i may call them as well. However — i don’t have my food yet. As we get to 1 hour and 5 minutes at the restaurant — some of the food starts to come out. At 1 hour and 15 minutes — maybe ¾ of the group has food. With a match coming quickly — i did have sandwiches that i had brought(before having the group decide to go to BWW). I grabbed a sandwich for my son who could at least eat something. I asked the server when we would see the food — she said being«trayed» up — 5 minutes later — no food — i told her i was not getting my food and had to leave — she said it was still being«trayed» up — I could get a togo box. Honestly — at that point — no thanks — i don’t have time — i have to leave — and i received no food and paid already. I won’t return to this BWW — and not sure if i will go to one anywhere after this experience. My review is totally based on the service. I never received any food(that i paid for) — i have no idea and no way to review their food.

Not the best at making any drinks and the alcohol selection is pretty low end. I recommend sticking to a simple beer. If you go with any mix drinks you will be disappointed. Now I’m originally from the Buffalo, NY area so I know wings. BWW isn’t close to the best I have ever had but they will do in a pinch. I recommend the Caribbean Jerky or Honey BBQ.

Yikes. This place is bad. Horrible service and mediocre food. We sat and waited for a solid 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us while there were at least 6 servers just milling about. After I asked who our server was it took another 2 minutes for them to decide whose section we were in and we could see them discussing it. Then we gave our order and our server had to come back because he didn’t write it down and he forgot what we asked for. He still managed to forget our side order of mac and cheese. The wings were overcooked and dry. The mac and cheese was more like macaroni with butter. We will not be back.

This is nothing like our experience in Orange Park, Florida. Great food, bad service. Our greeter was everything but friendly or enthusiastic. It was packed(Saturday night); we were seated within 15 minutes. Not bad for a party of five. Our waiter Brandon/Brendon was less than stellar. We could barely understand him, he was speaking as if he was trying to hide his teeth. Getting our drinks was painful… It took 24 minutes to get my house margarita(second choice, the Primo Margarita was sold out?) and 40 minutes for the food to arrive. I almost forgot about the bad service while eating, almost! Won’t be eating at this location again!!!

I love bdubs. The wait staff is very friendly and professional here. They haven’t gotten my order incorrect yet unlike other bdubs locations. However, They seem to always seem to run out of buffalo chips.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. I don’t care if you want to be there or not, treat your patrons like a human being. It’s cool. Made my night real cheap. Christina was rude and seemed annoyed with all her tables. If you don’t love your job better yourself and try to get into a field you love. I see why they have 2.5 stars.

Went here 7÷24÷15 with my son. everything was all good until the next morning I get a phone call and email from my bank . Apparently I was at two safeways in DC and Woodbridge at the same time . Bank explain my card was used 30 mins after it was ran in the restaurant . Food was fine just bring cash

We went to a wing place and DIDN’T order wings… we brought this on ourselves… We came in on a Thursday afternoon and was told the crappy hour special was boneless buffalo wings. We ordered 20(10 Caribbean jerk 10 mango habanero) with a basket of fries. The boneless«wings» were more like popcorn chicken because they were so small it was sad. There were some the size of a quarter, some the size of a walnut and ONE was huge. OK maybe it was regular size but compared to the others it looked huge. If they are going to make the sizes THAT different they should just weigh it instead of counting. How disappointing. We were so hungry after the carefully counted 20 pieces of popcorn that we had to order something else. So we went with the Sampler which was great. It came with ACTUAL wings soft pretzels and queso, warm pita chips with spinach artichoke dip, and bacon and cheddar stuffed jalapeño pepper bites. It was crushed. We should have just gone with that OR just wings. (cue violin) I’ve been going to B Dubs since 2001, other locations obviously, and it makes me sad how the quality has declined. Gone are the days of 25 cent wing night which were 21 and UP after 9pm so we had to get there at 8:30 so they wouldn’t card us. Now its 60 something cent buffalo popcorn chicken night. No wonder the place had more employees than customers. I miss the good old days… TIP: If they ask you if you want«ranch or blue cheese»? Don’t say BOTH without specifying a quantity. We got the bill and part of it said: Ranch .60 Ranch .60 Ranch .60 Blue Cheese .60 Blue Cheese .60 Blue Cheese .60 We were told«when you order the sampler it automatically does that». RIIIIIIIGHT. We NEVER asked for extra ranch or blue cheese. How insane. I understand 1 or 2BUT6? Who wouldn’t complain? The server asked us to complete an online survey which gave us $ 5 off so I guess it all worked out. Seriously… what’s happened to B Dubs?
