The service here was great! The manager, Kim I think it was did a great job multitasking and making sure we had everything we needed. I enjoyed everything

The staff was very kind and they even suggested the condiments for my cousin who’s it was his first time eating chick-fil-a. The food was well prepared, just wish the line was more organized.

They never disappoint. Staff are trained well and are always friendly to customers even if the customers are A holes. Their chicken biscuit is one of my favorites but it’s only for breakfast. I usually get their spicy chicken sandwhich and chicken tenders which is always juicy and crispy. Polynesian sauce is the perfect sauce for the chicken tenders. They are closed on Sundays because Sunday is family time.

Who knows what they do to the chicken, magic dust or something but it’s just ridonkulously delicious! They offer a tasty grilled sammich … but, WHY? Gotta go for the classic, and the waffle fries. While you’re destroying your calorie budget for the week, get a shake! Unfortunately, unlike down south, the folks in Jersey don’t get proper, standalone operations with drive-thru, so you’ll have to brave the mall rate to get your fix — it’s worth it!

I was just here today and ordered during lunch. Unlike previous reviews I’ve read for this location, they were not busy. Perhaps, it’s because its during the weekday. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries and sprite drink. The food was decent for fast food. However, I can’t say about the service. While the cashier was giving me my change, her cell phone rang and she walked off her post. Um, hello, wth?! Where is my food and drink? Or, at least give me my drink while the food is being prepared. The cashier next line over to my right called for the next customer on line. I had shout and said my cashier didn’t give me my drink! Long story short, I got my drink and then my food came. It was in a bag ordered as to go when I had said this is a dine in. I don’t know who’s fault is that not paying attention(cashier or the bagger). I would have complaint to the manager until I realized that my cashier(the one who walked off post) was the assistant manager. Overall, horrible service and no excuse for the mistakes as the place was not even busy. I can’t imagine the chaos in the weekend hours.

If you never had Chick Fil-A, you are missing out. It’s not the same Sonics feel to it. Remember when they had all these Sonic commercials but we had none. And then when you finally made it to the Sonics, you weren’t impressed? That’s not Chick Fil-A. It is an amazing place. The line at the mall is always long. But it’s worth the wait. And no Sundays.

I have been meaning to write a review on this place for a while but have procrastinated until today. No issues with the service or food. My main reason to review is because of the GREETER lady they have at this location. I forgot her name, I have done a hand written review for the stores review box, but she is great. No matter how many times I visit this location I always see her being very friendly, offering free refills, cleaning up after people, etc all with a smile and a bubbly personality that no training program could of given her. Hope her management is reading this and appreciates such a great asset to their team! :)

I came here early afternoon of New Years Eve to satisfy a Chic Fil-A craving I was having all day. Given the mall was pretty crowded and it was around lunchtime, the lines to the counters were fairly long. Nonetheless the wait wasn’t and I placed my order for a No. 5(chicken mcnuggets 8-pce meal) to stay, which I received with little wait. The seating area, which was small and somewhat cramped got filled up pretty quickly. However, two ladies left their seats which I quickly seized. Then an older female employee immediately wiped down my table and very warmly and sincerely wished me Happy New Year, which is what prompted me to write this review. The mcnuggets with polynesian sauce were not so great but the fries as always were out of this world. All in all it was a good eating experience with surprisingly little wait given how busy it was. However, the compelling factor was the friendly and prompt service the older female provided me in performing a menial task but doing so cheerfully and diligently. To me that speaks volumes about her character and about the character of this establishment. Yes, it’s merely a fast food joint in the mall, but anytime someone shows sincerity and high character in performing their job, I will make a point to speak about it.
