Very friendly staff! This location is very close to my work, i stop by almost every week and everyone is very pleasant. Good quality, love the create your own type deal. I’ll keep coming back!

The staff is comprised of younger ladies who really know how to get you in and out with your ice cream in hand!
They even ask for a military discount!
I would try as many samples as you can… they are free. Then… Go wild!

I like the ice cream here. Many choices of flavors and toppings. If there is anything to complain about, it’s the seating but it is a very small place. I have had to eat ice cream in the car once but what can you do. This place is my go to if I want some ice cream, hasn’t disappointed me yet.

Three words: Birthday Cake Remix!
This creation of cake batter flavored ice-​cream, brownie, topped off with fudge and rainbow sprinkles will give you withdrawal symptoms hours after consumption! The only thing missing from this amazing creation are lit candles and a floor full of presents all addressed to me!
I am convinced that their secret ingredient is diacetylmorphine more commonly known as Heroin.
Is it good for you? NO!
How many calories? WHO CARES!
Lactose intolerant? Yes I am but IT’S WORTH IT!
I doubt I will EVER try anything else because I rarely go. I can only handle the Birthday Cake Remix every few months because i would have a body mass index somewhere north of 45 if I went more often.
The employees were extremely polite and they absolutely knew their stuff. The line was long so I watched people order and as soon as a customer announced their choice of drug the dealers would immediately start bagging it, without thought. What ninjas!
The verdict: The Birthday Cake Remix should be enjoyed by everyone!

I’ve gone to this place several times after I ate at Chipotle. The ice cream was always soft. The staff often starts singing as loud as they can sing which really turns me off. The manager admits that singing is part of the WONDERFUL atmosphere, an atmosphere I can do without. As for the soft ice cream he said I needed to tell the staff to get the ice cream from in the back where it is harder. I said I’ll get harder ice cream by going someplace else, not Cold Stone Creamery. I would rather drive to Moo Thru and get their MUCH better ice cream.

I have been to this Cold Stone several times and the customer service is always fantastic. All of the employees have smiles on their faces and welcome every customer who walks through the door. Cold Stone has a bunch of flavors to offer, which is something you don’t see in a lot of ice cream shops anymore. It really is just a great place to go if you just wanna «chill» with friends or for any other occasion! I’ll definitely be going back the next chance I get.

I don’t like to spoil myself too often but when I do, this is the only place I go. They always have a flavour I crave and I never leave without tipping because the staff is always as sweet as cream ^^. I’m not sure why so many other people seem to have bad experiences, maybe I just go at a different time of day or only went on a super busy awful day? I’d say it’s absolutely worth trying again because some of the staff really is the cherry on top to my experience there! And please tell them to sing the «Get Low» cover after you tip them because that’s my favourite!

That place is run by Teenagers, The owner/​manager is never there. The works are always having personal convos rather than making ice cream. There can be a line out the door and a asst. is making waffle bowls or cakes and only 2 people mixing ice cream. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

I LOVE COLDSTONE! Their ice cream is nuts! Usually, after mixing all that crazy nonsense into the ice cream, you are left with a cup of magical joy.
The girls who work at the Woodbridge Coldstone are the most lethargic, lackluster and unenthusiastic coldstoners i have ever see. Besides the one girl with the pink in her hair that seemed to be running the whole shop and who had to keep apologizing for the slowness of the other two girls, barely anything was getting done.
The idea of the «cold stone» is it keeps the ice cream frozen while stuff gets mixed in. In order for the consistency of the ice cream to maintain, this needs to be a quick process. The girl mixing mine was walking around like she just ran a marathon and was battling exhaustion.
By the time mine was mixed and in the cup, it was nearly at milkshake consistency. Same problem with my wife’s.
Next, I choose to pay with a ColdStone gift card. The girl looks at it and says, «I can’t run this.» She then yells for the pink hair girl to come do it. Meanwhile, pink-​hair is working on a birthday cake and my ice cream is melting. I have now eaten over half my cup, my wife’s cup is now ice cream soup and I still haven’t paid.
Come on ColdStone! Let’s pick it up! I know this is not the standard.

I love ColdStone and typically service is great but I have to give this place 1 star, here’s why. I came in on the 26^th of May at about 9PM. This is a typically busy time, when arrived there was 11 customers ahead of me and before I left there was another 12 behind me. So very busy. From my count, there was 6 employees dressed in the black outfits with the black apron; ie: 6 people who’s number 1 job is to take a customer’s order and then fill that order. Of all the 6 employees there, only 1 was taking orders.
One specific employee was very adamantly restocking items that were low, but not out (spoons, bowls, lids, etc). The other 4 workers literally seemed to be walking back and forth in a passive manner to avoid taking orders.
I’m just very confused how an ice cream shop, who’s income is from customers who order ice cream then has 6 employees on deck, ready to fill those orders. Yet only 1 of the 6 are taking orders and the line is to the door. unacceptable.

I grew up on Baskin Robbins, and Cold Stone mops the floor with 31 Flavors’ ass. It’s a simple concept really. Great ice cream, a cold stone — slop ice cream on stone, spread yummy ingredients on top of ice cream, fold ice cream over ingredients (fruit, nuts, brownies or yellow cake, etc), mix and serve!
There was a long line on Friday night and the crew there worked hard. They still managed to greet everyone who walked in the door. I’m impressed with both the quality of the ice cream and the service.
Missed a star for a terrible location, small seating area — and the bathroom. Uhm. Yeah, I don’t want to write because it traumatizes me to think about it.

YUM! Fast service & the most delicious ice cream. I’m not a fan of coffee ice cream normally but it is awesome here. Very good if you get the coffee lovers.
The chocolate ice cream is not very chocolately at all though. I like a much richer chocolate taste so this is a bit on the weak side. If you really like choc. you might want to add brownies & fudge to add some choc. flavor. The cake batter & sweet cream flavors are delish. Very creamy & yummy.

This place is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I have been here a lot of times and never thought to write a review till now. The ice cream is very creamery and soft. They have a very good variety of flavors. I recommend going here. The shakes are good too.
