I had foot surgery a few years ago, so I’m very careful about fit and comfort. But I appreciate style as well. Enter Comfort One. They have multiple locations, including this fairly new one in Woodbridge. This is one of the smaller stores, but the selection is varied and I almost always find something that I like. The sales staff is very attentive and even more important, they are patient. Due to the problems that I have with foot pain and difficult fit, I often have to try many different pairs to find the right shoe. The staff have never rushed me, nor have they pushed me to buy if I don’t find something on a particular visit. You won’t find cheap, bargain-​basement shoes here, but that’s not what I want for my aching feet!
