He is a thorough doctor. You cant cure Tinnitus but he was able explain how to not let it ruin my life. Best ENT around. Clean and timely office. Helped me understand my tinnitus which CAN NOT be cured. My full family uses this office, from my parents to my children. He has cleaned and tested our hearing for my parents, removed tonsils for my childres, done sinus surgery for a sister.

not very helpful or thorough. went to him for tinnitus, and chronic mouth ulcers and chronic sore throat. he didn’t even do a culture. couldn’t he see the back of my throat is bright red? and I had had a staph infection in my nose a year ago and he didn’t even look in my nose? I haven’t felt well in the mouth/​throat area for ONE YEAR, and he didn’t do any tests. nice enough but just not thorough. i think he makes most of his money doing plastic surgery. :-(

Having to have a tonsil and adenoid removal for a child, we asked for a referral in the area. We were given Dr. Bane’s information from numerous moms and dads and both he and his office did not disappoint.
The office staff was always cordial. At all times, no matter how busy they were or how many other patients were in the office, they took the time to handle my questions or concerns. The scheduling nurse was both quick and efficient and had a charming personality.
I was greatly impressed with the time Dr. Bane took to deal with my child. He took time in the office for his exam and we were never rushed. He explained things clearly and concisely without any medical jargon and used pictures and diagrams to explain things. He was patient and willing to listen to all the child’s questions as well as answer my own concerns. Dr. Bane spoke respectfully and intelligently with the kids and with us and was always cordial.

The hospital staff nurses were all kind, calm and personable. The younger kids can get a walk through toy and a hospital bear prior to surgery to answer the kid’s questions. This my calms a nervous child and lets them get acclimated. The day of surgery, the nurses, anesthesiologist and the doctor all talk with them prior to surgery again to answer questions and allay any concerns.

We had both surgeries with no complications and breathing is much easier even with allergy season. Dr. Bane is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor who has a great bedside manner.
