Great staff. The programs they have is assume, I highly recommend everyone reading this review to try the classes. Pilates exercises develop a strong«core,» or center of the body. The core consists of the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine. Control of the core is achieved by integrating the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle. More conventional or traditional workouts are weight bearing and tend to build short, bulky muscles — the type most prone to injury. Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured.

C.O.R.E. has programs to meet any client’s needs. Ruth and her trainers have a variety of classes that address everyone’s physical issues. Even if you have joint discomfort or have not exercised in a long time, you are given an evaluation and your needs and goals are addressed individually. This is not a cookie cutter one program fits all center. C.O.R.E. is more than a gym, Ruth frequently creates programs that support cancer research and other charities. She truly has designed a community health facility. What a wonderful addition to the area!

I am into my second full year of Pilates Reformer training at C.O.R, E, WOODBRIDGE. The training has transformed my mind and body — I’ve lost weight, firmed and toned all areas of my body with great results while having relaxed fun with friends. Shara, Dagmar, and Ruth are Pilates Angels!
