Greg @ DC Crystal is AWESOME! Yesterday I brought in a watch box that I wanted to have engraved with a monogram on the glass cover for a birthday present. I had no idea what font or style I wanted, but Greg was so helpful and took the time to show me a few. I went home, found one I liked, emailed it to him yesterday and got a call this afternoon letting me know it was already done (even though I didn’t need it until Friday)! It was exactly what I wanted, the quality is wonderful and all at a great price! A+ service!!! Thanks Greg!

I wanted to order a crystal for my mom for an Xmas gift. However every where I looked was either way to expensive or closed down. I called and I believe I spoke to Greg, and he assured me that It could be done. He even sent me a mock up of what my crystal would look like.
