While the owner seemed very knowledgable he seemed more like a salesperson than a repairman. I would have been more likely to continue doing business with him if I had felt less pressure to buy and buy quickly. He said he’d take $ 200 off here, $ 300 off here if I had a new system put in the next day. Wow… so pushy. Not the way I like to do business. I probably would have let him do the work if he hadn’t pushed like that, because he really did seem to know what he was doing.

Very happy with my service. 95 degree heat and I have three small ones. He came out on a Sunday to fix my air conditioner. Our problem was also a broken capacitor, which we had had replaced within the last three years. Turns out the previous tech had wired our unit to one capacitor when it required two. No wonder it burned out so fast! He explained the problem and the solution. He corrected the wiring, hooked up both capacitors and left the unit purring and the registers inside spewing cold air.

Be warned this company is a rip off, they came out one month ago to replace the capacitor for 180 so I agreed and all said and done it cost me $ 300 with the trip to come out. 4 weeks later same issue, so I called and the owner very rude and refused to come out until next day and stated he has to charge another $ 90 to come out, called on Sunday around 10am, the owner stated they be out in the afternoon and when asked when he was very rude and said «sometime after 2», since it was very hot for myself, my family and pets I called john c flood and they were out in one hour and they stated that whomever changed the capacitor should have checked the fan motor since they work hand in hand. So this tells me this company just want to keep on charging you for visits. Don’t waste your time and money with this rude unprofessional company and utilize someone more dependable, the other company charged me just $ 450 for a new capacitor and fan motor. I lost my $ 300 and don’t want anyone to go through that rip off company.

My mom bought an outside compressor from this company. Terrone recommended a used one that was good as new for $ 2,000 vs. $ 3,000 for a brand new one. It broke after only two years. I called him and he said there was nothing he could do unless we wanted to buy a new compressor, however I have no confidence in using this company again. Unfortunately, I feel like my 67-​yr mother has just been taken advantage of. :(
