Express Factory Outlet

As a customer of Express for the past 4 years, I have always been pleased with Express from the high quality clothing and nice fashions in their stores especially this one. The sales people readily greeted me each time that I have visited the store, and they have given good customer service in helping decide what to buy and offering helpful suggestions. When I had to try on clothes, the salespeople and the Fitting Room people were very helpful especially in the extra MX shirts on-​hand in the Fitting Room area to get better idea of the shirt fit (Slim/​Fitted/​Modern) that I needed. The sales people at the registers were very ready and attentive and added a positive finishing touch to my shopping experience. I am very keen on truth in advertising and have found their advertised discounts on the store posters/​placards to be very truthful especially some of their combined discounts do meet 60−70% as advertised. I have always been greatly satisfied with Express over the years.

Express never fails to let me down regardless of which store I go to.
I was actually shocked to see an Express outlet in Potomac Mills. I was pulled in by their 70% off sign and I’d say it’s false advertisement. There wasn’t anything in that store 70% off.
Their prices are just like the regular store, no big deals here and their staff, just as rude if not worse. I’m sure I looked like a lost puppy walking around their store and not 1 employee took the time to walk up to me to greet me. The two associates at the register were standing to the side holding conversation when I walked up. Both noticed I was standing there waiting but didn’t bother to stop their conversation, as they continues talking on the side I just stood there and they finally over towards the register STILL not ending their conversation: the guys just waves me over with his hand and as I approach he’s still talking and tried to pull my items out of my hand. I pulled back, looked at him and loudly said, «HI, HOW ARE YOU TODAY?» Before they stopped their personal conversation.
I’m so annoyed by this store! The quality of their clothes are nice but it’s almost not even worth it with the amount of rude attitudes in this place.
