Today I placed my second order. This is the day before Valentines Day and I had planned on picking up flowers in person this year. An emergency business trip changed that plan. I went online early in the morning in hopes that I could still receive same day delivery. I placed the order and followed up with a phone call once they had opened. The very pleasant woman informed me that a same day order would be no problem. By late morning, the fresh and beautiful roses were delivered. After many problems in the past with Valentines day ordering direct through 800flowers, FTD and Teleflora, I am now a dedicated customer of Floral Expressions!

Went in to get an arrangement for a friend… Figured $ 45 would be a good price… I got a beautiful arrangement that actually made the person cry who got the flowers… Very nice staff…

My bf ordered my Valentines Day flowers from here. But since i work in Plainfield they came thru Perfect Petals in Clark and were dead and horrible !! I brought them back to Floral Expressions and they were apologetic and gave me beautiful new flowers. I’ve always received great flowers from them!

Do not give these people any business as they are RUDE and CONDESCENDING! The birthday arrangement was supposed to be delivered to a place of business in the morning and were not sent out until 4:15p. This was the end of the recipient’s work day so my surprise and gift was ultimately ruined. When I questioned the owner/manager, she was immediately defensive and rude and would not take responsibility over the matter. I don’t understand why some businesses no longer value their customer’s legitimate concerns. I am not unreasonable, just wanted them to refund the delivery charge (which they did after several rounds of heated debate) but I could’ve done without the argumentative finger pointing back and forth. Also note that the flowers did not look anything like the picture online. Buyer Beware — spend your money at another florist.

I worked with Kurt on my flower arrangements for my engagement party. He was a pleasure to deal with and made my vision come to life! The centerpieces turned out completely beautiful and elegant. I will definitely be returning so they can handle my flowers for the wedding.
