Great smoothies /tea If you like bubbles this place is for you. Their sushi is really good as well. I normally get a combo with a smoothie and California rolls for like $ 7.50. Try their«spicy» sauce they put on the sushi.

They closed up shop yesterday, according to a local shop owner I spoke to today. Storefront is gone! The sushi and bubble tea were decent but the warm and kind customer service was what I really loved. They will be missed — this was my go-to meal and drink place when spending time at Potomac Mills. I hope they set up shop somewhere else nearby in Woodbridge!

I’ve passed by this place a few times and I finally had time to stop in. Not a lot of variety but the sushi i got(spicy tuna and cali) tasted fresh and the rice was perfect. I’ll probably skip the sauce next time though. It drains out the flavor. Miso soup is really simple nothing to call home about. I got bubble milk tea. I’ve only had bubble tea once before so I can’t say if it was good or not. Everything tasted good but I would only really stop in again if I was already in the mall and craving sushi.

I love this place! I really do love my bubble tea, and this place makes some pretty good food and drinks! I tried the bubble teas, udon, and sushi rolls and I have nothing to complain about! They make it fresh and the price is pretty reasonable. My personal favorite is the Thai tea with boba and udon soup. So good! If you are at Potomac mills, give this place a try! You will not be disappointed!

I love their bubble tea(I recommend the mango peach, blueberry strawberry and their taro tea) and their California and spicy tuna roll! Delicious!

Nice and chewy boba! My favorite drink is the strawberry peach black tea followed by the Thai tea smoothie. Their California roll is always fresh. Friendly service. Decent price for the quality and size of their portions. If you’re a frequently visitor don’t forget their stamp card!

This place was reasonably priced. The sushi was pretty good I got the smoked salmon and California rolls, so I can only go by what I tried. The coconut tea smoothie was delicious except it was a bit too sweet so I couldn’t finish it. I would deff stop by again

Not gonna lie, it isn’t the same as before, however, it’s still pretty good… The sushi here is really good though! If I’m ever craving sushi, I would buy it here :-) The owner here is very nice and very passionate, which I appreciate :-)

I was immediately greeted by the people who run this place and they gave off a very welcoming persona that made you feel good about choosing to eat there. I had the california rolls and black milk tea combo for 7.59, I think, and I have zero complains. The milk tea was amazing and their pearls had a soft texture that was easy to chew which I loved. I’m easy to impress when it comes to sushi but my dad liked their tuna sashimi, saying that it was fresh and not slimy. At first I thought it to be a little overpriced but once you taste their food you’d understand why and that it’s all worth it. Also, may I add that their black milk tea is the best I have tasted so far compared to other bubble tea places. Excluding those popular ones like Chatime or Gongcha.

Had a large matcha bubble tea and california roll for $ 8.95! Bubbles were soft but nonetheless was yummy. California roll was regular nothing fancy but yummy and satisfying. Staff was very friendly

Staff is rude, prices are expensive, sushi is not fresh and unsanitary. I got the thai iced tea and Philly roll. The miso soup wasn’t even fully warmed and the ingredients were still dehydrated when I got it. The lady that works there is rude but the gentleman was apologetic. The sushi is better at what you can get at a supermarket. Avoid this place.

The boba tea here was not so great. I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you are at the mall already and you want to get boba tea without driving somewhere else. I initially stepped into here because I was extremely parched and I needed to find any liquid to quench my thirst. Being desperate at the time I decided a boba tea would help. They can make your boba tea a smoothie version or just a cold tea version. I got the coconut smoothie boba tea and black milk tea boba tea. The milk black tea was definitely the better option. It had a really good flavor and you could really taste the creamy milk. The coconut tea was good for the first two sips and after that I got sick of it real quick. I actually threw away more than half of it:(I should have just found a place with a bottle of water. Haha. The problem with the smoothie boba tea was that it wasn’t really a smoothie texture. I think it was blended too long, so you didn’t get the icy texture. Also the bubbles were too mushy. They seemed like they were overcooked. They have food options here and combos that seemed like good deals. I want to go back and try their food one day! Owners were super friendly and nice.

Tried four flavors here on the first visit… Strawberry peach, mango pineapple, mango, and black tea. All were in smoothie style. The strawberry peach tastes like candy and ends up being a bit too sweet for me after several sips. The mango pineapple and mango smoothies were also too sweet after finishing a third of a large serving. The boba is pretty good(good chewiness and a little sweet and not much clumping) the black tea was a bit better and not as overly sweet. Kids will probably like the sweetness of this place. As the other reviewers have said, the cups are not sealed here(which does not matter to me). Given the lack of good boba tea places in the area, I do not even factor this. I would give 3 stars but given the lack of decent boba, I’d have to give them an extra star. I also tried Thai Ice tea and matcha green tea smoothie style. Both were a bit weak in flavor. I will most likely stick with the black tea.

I was so excited when I found out that there is a boba place at the mall in Woodbridge. I just moved here two months ago and the mall is one place my husband and I usually go to pass time. Thai tea is my favorite and is all I get when I go to boba places. So of course I ordered that. in a size large. First sip.hmm.tasted a little strange. Maybe it was the syrup from the boba that made it taste funny. Mixed it up and drank more, but still tasted funny. I was so so sad. I threw about half of it away. My husband got the taro boba tea(he usually gets this as well) and said the same thing about his, it tasted different. We wanted to really like this place so we tried it again, getting the smaller size tea. but it tasted the same. I thought maybe it’s the boba that’s making it taste funny. My hubby still felt the same about this second time. Here I am now, on my third try. I’m telling you, I really like Thai tea… this time I ordered a regular, without the boba. And I’m sad to say that it still tastes the same :(I wouldn’t mind trying the other fruit smoothies because the sample that was offered tasted good but sadly won’t be getting the Thai tea from here.

THISPLACEISNOTCLOSED! Unilocal needs to change this. They’re open at a new location(where the tutti fruiti used to be across 5 below in the mall) and serving sushi and lunch combos now. The sushi is really fresh and reasonably priced(around 4.19 for 6 pieces) 7.95 for their 2 roll(12 pcs) special; that also includes miso soup or salad. The boba is better than before too. They finally ask if we want it smoothie style or like liquid with the ice on top. It’s a perfect upgrade for a food business in the mall. By the way, if you still have the old stamp card they WILL accept it.

Unfortunately this business has either moved or closed down. Brandi O must have been on a bad day. I used to drive from RVA just to get this boba tea. They have monkey picked tea leaves with natural sweetener, dairy free and finest quality. I now live in Los Angeles CA and still haven’t found a place like this. Most boba smoothie shops use powdered mixes with artificial ingredients but this place is grade A! Visiting the fam for thanksgiving and I can’t wait to come back to Potomac mills for this tea!

Omg, how did I not discover this place before? I had two different drinks in one day and both were absolutely amazing. It’s a shame that they’re so far away at the Potomac Mills in Woodbridge, I’d go there all the time. The staff is friendly and their teas are addictive.

LOL the people who have given the boba 4&5 stars must not have been around too much. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I’m a boba snob. My expectations are high and this is just… no. Just no. It is literally terrible. NOT comparable to Ten Ren, or ANY respectable boba place. Please god no one read the rest of these reviews unless you like being lied to. The tea itself tastes good; I had the black tea. However, the boba is really awful. And if you’re a boba place, then the boba is your main focus. Christ. The outside was mushy while the center was hard. I could barely get it to come up through the straw. The people that served me my drinks were super friendly, though. I feel kinda bad giving it 1 star because of how nice they were but I gotta be honest here and say the boba just isn’t worth it at all. edit: No I was not visiting on an off day, dearest Tracy O. Have been multiple times and it sucks. Expand your narrow horizons.
