He did an excellent job and was very thorough. He encouraged me to go through the home inspection with him. He answered every single one of my questions and gave me a comprehensive sheet that listed everything we discussed with pictures and video. Most importantly, he picked up on issues needing to be addressed that I would have never found. And this is on a new construction! Worth every penny.

We found Robert on Unilocal while we were buying our first house and he went above and beyond of what’s expected. He found all issues big or small and was very thorough with everything. Usually doing a great job warrants 4 stars but what gets him the 5^th is that even after the purchase of the house he was willing to work with us and give us pointers. The extra follow up is something not every inspector does and Robert is wonderful.

Robert was fantastic to work with! My husband and I recently bought a relatively new house and figured that a home inspection wouldn’t find much – oh I was wrong. Robert was extremely thorough and managed to pick out things that the builder was oblivious to. Once the inspection was complete, Robert sent my husband and I a handy dandy PDF with pictures and all of the necessary documentation to give to our seller. He was extremely professional, timely, and his prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go to him again if I ever sell my current house!

We recently purchased our first home. As excited as we were, we wanted to make sure that nothing turned our dream home into a nightmare. We called around and decided to hire RR Home Inspection Services. Robert showed up a couple minutes early, ready to go. He started by bringing out both his camera and tablet to document everything he saw, both good and bad. He took pictures of the property, and also of the problem areas he found. Because this is all new to us, we asked a lot of questions and he was great with being patient and explaining everything. He brought all his tools and his ladder so he could check every inch of the property. I am a pretty savvy person around the home, but I will admit that being caught up in the excitement of a new home I did not see the things that Robert did. He finished the inspection with a report of everything he found, both good and bad, and emailed it to me. I was able to take that document to the seller, and have them fix everything before the final closing. I may have been skeptical about even getting a home inspection since I usually think I know everything, but this was definitely necessary. I now tell everyone I know who is buying a home about RR.
