This place is absolutely disgusting. I came in to get a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows waxed. You can tell that they don’t clean the pedicure tubs. There is literally dead skin floating in the water from other peoples feet while you are getting a pedicure. As for the manicure the owner rushed through my manicure and scraped the top layer of my nails off. My nails are now extremely thin and breaking. She waxed my eyebrows in about 2 minutes and left lots of hair that should’ve been waxed. Never coming here again.

This place is amazing & definitely deserves more than 5 stars! When I walked in I was greeted with a hug from «Hello Kitty» & then I was guided to her brother who was super helpful! The color I wanted was super tricky to apply so he worked very hard & careful to make sure it came out perfect! He kept saying «If its not right I will take it off and start over». He was very adamant about making sure he did a flawless job & that I would leave a happy camper! I will be returning without a doubt!

I am a 50+ year old man who had never had a pedicure in his life. I went to Matrix during a government shutdown day. «Hello Kitty» was the only employee there. she was friendly, professional and did a great job! As I said, I’ve never had a pedicure before but when I traded notes with my wife, she concurred that I got a lot of bang for the buck. Highly recommend Matrix. I will be going back!

AWESOME job on my gel manicure! The tech took his time to make sure they were smoothly applied instead of a lot of places who rush and you end up with blobs at the tip of your nail. I had the spa manicure and when I mentioned one on my hand has been especially sore from computer work he did extra massaging on that hand for me.
Only negative, the towels did smell musty and I hope that just from being in the towel warmer too long. Other than that when I’m in the area I will definitely be returning.

I have only been there once and the lady was very very friendly. She said to call her «Hello Kitty» lolol… I think their prices are very reasonable from other nail salons in the area. I will be going back in a week to take my mum for a pedicure and manicure… so lets see how that works out.

This is my third time coming here, and every time its been great, Ive had to wait but never very long and the time that i waited the most there was 3 of us and we all wanted pedicures at the same time, so it was understandable! They did a great job on my nails and toes, i have yet to get my eyebrows down but i think ill do it next time! They are very nice and the one lady gives everyone a hug, and she remembers you too! Its my new regular place!

I gave this place a try for acrylics with the benefit of the doubt. Unsanitary brush storage and a musty smell from the hand towels just made me walk away.

I go to Matrix regularly and get the best pedicures from Annie and her brother. Her staff are always courteous, and know what they’re doing. I’ve been a client for probably seven years, and always hate when I’m in a rush and need to go somewhere else for an eyebrow wax. Even when my sister comes to town from Utah, she has to go see Annie for a chat and pedicure! I’m a loyal customer and I know others out there are too.

They did an awesome job on my eyebrows!!! This is hard to do since I’m picky about it and whatever wax they use doesn’t make my face red and break out. I’ve been there twice now and each time they have been so nice! I would definitely recommend going there.
