McDonald’s

Went through the drive thru to order a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle meal and when I went to the first window, I told the cashier that I wanted to pay 2 dollars cash and the rest on my card. After receiving my food, I looked at my receipt and she charged the full amount on my card! REALLY?! It isn’t difficult to use cash and card on a transaction. I went back in the store to get it sorted out and the manager was extremely rude. Even the worker who was at the register inside the store was rude. She was making the hand gesture for me to get out of the way so she can continue taking people’s orders. I never got an apology, just a rude look like I was a bother and gave me the two dollars back. Might want to train your employees better.

Unfortunately this is the McDonald’s closest to my house. We went a few nights ago and half of our order was missing bit we just decided to try it again today and a large fry was only half full. And we were missing our sauces again. This McDonald’s changed ownership it seems and employees and it has been awful ever since !

I purchased a Bic Mac from here and when I say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was probably 8 strings of lettuce on the entire sandwich. Don’t even get me started on the burger or should I say non burger. I can see why people go other places for a burger. So, if you want a burger drive a little father and get a real burger. Although, I must say it is clearly the fail of the person that actually made the burger that I am so disappointed with them.

I am giving them five star because they are the cleanest Mc Donald’s around and their employees are the most friendly and helpful

I’m at a fast food DRIVE Thru and it’s slow! When I finally arrived at the window it’s only two workers… it’s not even past midnight. But the food was FRESH !

Okay, so it’s McDonalds. Don’t expect it to be Nobu or The Inn at Little Washington. It’s McDonalds.
But the décor and setting are really fantastic. This restaurant reopened after a long needed upgrade and McDonalds really hit the mark. There’s ample wireless and electrical outlets for those who may telecommute. The décor is contemporary
And instead of the old playland, they put a bank of video games at one side of the store that are free. The pendant lights cast a nice glow and the paint colors are inviting. There are two TVs which don’t compete with one another, both using closed caption. The menu behind the counter is all LCD monitors and changes depending on time of day.
The help when I was there was friendly and courteous. Nothing spectacular but when all you want is an Egg McMuffin and a Coke, it’s just fine.
Overall a really nice update to the inside, the food is the same as always.

Its okay for a McDonalds, which isn’t saying much. The morning crew gets my simple order right 75% of the time.
I ask for ‘extra chocolate drizzle’ in the Mocha Frappé. Otherwise it is too watery and bland. They never fail to charge me for it, but at least a third of the time they forget to add it.
Sari is a familiar face on the morning drive through. She tries hard, but I hate her abrupt «hi (fill in the blank promo).» Not to rip on her too much, but she has trained the drive thru crew to chant «on the screen is your order correct.» Its annoying, especially when it almost always is a single item!
The biscuits are great when hot. I like Bojangles better, but the closest is in Maryland.
Drive thru is quick, and I usually go that route. Inside is clean, usually, but dated.
This location is open 24 hours.
