Stumbled upon this place and got a fantastic office chair on sale for $ 79 and picked up some more quality clearance items for a great deal.

Very friendly service at the shipping center and a lot cheaper than UPS Store. A great alternative to a busy Post Office and rude UPS Store.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I do wish they would correct a few things… 1. Please put the sale items somewhere that they can be found, and mark them so that one doesn’t have to check sku numbers. 2. Please have enough sale items in stock to not cause wasted trips, especially if rain checks are not available. 3. Please do not drop things on the floor when stocking and then leave them(the aisles are already narrow without having to maneuver around small items) Other than that. Good job on the staffing! The overall store is neat and clean. Parking is easy and the cashiers usually let me know about other good deals if I have forgotten anything.

Oops. I had mistakenly reviewed my 5 star Staples experience, and put it under Office Depot. This 2 star review of Office Depot is now correct. Went to Office Depot because we had coupons for $ 10 off a $ 10 job of copying/printing/shredding.(just google and you will find deals like this allll the time!) Shredding cost is about $ 0.99 a pound. Came here for shredding purposes only. The man weighed the 2 bags we had(1 bag at 9.50 lb, 2nd bag at 12.75 lb – looking back on this in hindsight-we should’ve grabbed items from heavier bag and put in smaller bag-so that it would’ve been $ 10 worth(10 lb), and then we could’ve used BOTH our coupons-but we failed to do this!), and started putting the items in the machine-wow-Office Depot– you REALLY need to buy a better shredder-It’s the same kind I have at my house-where only about 4 sheets of paper can be fed into the shredder-OR it will jam. Seriously? A company like yours and you have this kind of shredder? So the guy starts shredding our stuff. He gets one bag done, but it’s not quick-not his fault really. Two other customers need copy jobs done, so my bf offers to come behind counter and keep shredding, because we have 8 more lb to shred, and it takes soo long to feed it all into shredder-yes, he says this is OK. Clerk helps the other folks and gets an order incorrect, and seems to work slowly. I get it, he’s got 3 jobs going at once. We were able to use 1 of our coupons, and thus ended up paying only about $ 9.42 for 21 lb of paper-we were happy with that price, but not with quickness or friendliness(no smiling or appreciation for helping him shred). ALSO, I found an item on clearance, though price not marked, and went to cashier for price check: 150 pretty green envelopes. Cashier says $ 0.62(!? Really?) He doublechecks and says yes. I give him $ 1, but the register needs manager assistance, mg comes over, overrides the price-It was labeled incorrectly on packaging(barcode) apparently, and says to give me the price it rang up as — YIIPPPEE! I walked out of there HAppy. but still give it low stars, because I feel Office Depot needs to get a better shredder, and the demeanor of the clerk could have been a bit better.
