We have been here twice, and twice they somehow messed up our order. The first time they forgot to give us our sandwich, luckily we were still there getting drinks when they noticed. The second time is they gave us someone else’s sandwich and luckily we were still there to catch the mistake. Clean place, and the tablet ordering is a nice touch. However, it seems that the staff have issues double checking orders. QA needs to be addressed a little better.

The food at this location is OK. The people that work here aren’t friendly, especially the workers at the register. After eating my soup, I noticed a soda lid at the bottom of the bowl. You can tell the food is frozen and just warmed up — mediocre at best.

I almost never go to Panera, because it’s right in the same shopping plaza as Wegmans. And I’ll take Wegmans food over Panera most days. But I was craving their mac and cheese, because I wasn’t feeling well and needed some comfort food. They’re starting to change this Panera into one of the tablet ordering locations, where they can fire half their staff but still take the same number of customers. You know the type. You have to order everything on a touchscreen, like in a Wawa or QuickChek. I like the idea of the speed, but I hate that probably a lot of people are going to lose their jobs when the changeover fully happens. I do like that they now offer to bring your food to you, kind of like Hardees does. You get a little placard with a number on it, and one of the cooks brings your tray to you. It’s a nice touch for a fast food place, letting you grab a table and not have to worry about standing around, waiting for your name to be called. And they’ve streamlined the online ordering, there’s a little shelf where you just grab your food and go. Lots of little changes added up make Panera better, but they’re still too overpriced for the amount and quality of food, in my opinion.

I just had lunch at Panera in Edison(store 1483). Super service but those folks who love the tomato soup, stay away! 5 croutons, 1⁄3 piece of cheddar for $ 0.75, and baguette was about 1⁄3 smaller than most Panera’s. Disappointed!!!

This is the BEST Panera! Everyone is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to give great service. The food is always delicious and fresh. I often work from here and order breakfast and lunch. Kyle is great. He has a wonderfully upbeat attitude and is always checking on me and the other customers. His attitude is contagious. I’ll keep coming back just for him. It’s so nice to have such friendly staff, especially in NJ when customer service can be a bit lacking.

Ugh never mind I spoke too soon. I ordered food from here yesterday evening and instead if getting bread on the side, I requested an apple as always. Of course they didn’t put it in the bag. So frustrsting!

Placed an order for Rapid Pick-up for a chicken Cesar salad & a blueberry scone at 10:51am to pick up at 11:01am. I get there at 11:10am there’s no food waiting for me at the shelf. I have to wait & asked the woman behind the counter about my food. She tells me it’s coming right out. Two minutes later there’s my food. If I didn’t check my bag I would of left there with no scone because they forgot it. The reason they have rapid pick up is so you order online, run inside, grab your food & leave. No need to wait or talk to any of the employees. I seriously don’t understand why it took over 20 minutes to make a simple Chicken Cesar salad & grab a scone(that they forgot). Nothing needs to be cooked. This location is getting a one star because they dropped the ball of making me wait on a simple order & if it wasn’t for me checking my food I would of walked out of there without a scone. So thank you Panera Bread(sarcastic) I don’t need an apology it’s not like your employees apologized for making me wait & messing up my order.

I honestly think the service at this Panera is exceptional. They’re super busy which tends to be the cause of most of the complaints they receive. But I LOVE everything about the location, even the employees. There is a manager/supervisor that is almost always there & he’s awesome! He even got in the back and prepped my complicated order for me! I love the rapid pick up. They do leave the bag on a shelf but that’s why it’s RAPIDPICKUP. I ordered at 9:45 once & got a bowl of soup instead of a cup! Today, I ordered a roasted turkey & avocado BLT with chips and a lemonade. Yum! Not to mention the rewards I get for frequenting. Thumbs up to the hidden panera in Woodbridge!

Chicken in my Thai chicken salad is too cold, and in fact was part frozen last Saturday. I understand they’ve got to keep it cold, but it’s gotten too cold. I had to drop a star for this.

Not the experience I expected from Panera. Little things that made my experience sub par… No stir sticks anywhere and forgetting to put my turkey on my turkey BLT. The people are friendly and quickly fixed my order.

Recently came in at 9:35 pm and the girl at the register proceeded to loudly tell her co-worker«oh, I guess we are not closing now…» Before she took my order she says something to one of the food preparers and they reply back«ohh, i get it. Then after taking the order, she tells me that the oven isn’t working and that I will have to have cold food. While I was waiting for my food, I see that one of the ovens is on and working. The food preparer verifies with me that I want a cold sandwhich and I said that the girl told me the oven wasn’t working. Through all of this, I realized that the girl at the register told the people in the back to just make my sandwhich cold and not to bother turning it on bc they were starting to close. Not happy about the service. The one by menlo park mall is better.

Always enjoy this place for lunch. However seenit open for breakfast. The Cherry Danish is so so so very good. The expensive small oj just reminded me where I was. But a good place for a Healthy morning meal

It may just be your typical Panera Bread chain, but it is large and clean and the food is always consistent. More importantly, I can’t recall ever having a time where we’ve had trouble finding a available table that was clean to sit at.

Am I the only one who gets dirty silverware EVERY time I come here? No? Ok… Other than that, I love Panera. Service is pretty quick(so I can see why I get crusty spoons), and the food is fresh and in good portions. I usually get the Thai chopped chicken salad(its a little spicy, just warning you!) and ½ soup. Yum!

Take it for what it is. Kind of like a diner and fast food. However the food here is much better than all fast food places. You won’t regret the awesome soups and fresh bread.

Portions are not the same. I order the Mac & cheese dinner for my kids and they put it in a smaller bowl than the normal medium size bowl I get at every other Panera. The salads are a mess not thoroughly tossed, it had a lot less cranberries and almonds than other Panera’s I’ve been. The only thing good about this location is the atmosphere is pretty good. quiet compare to the one at Menlo Park where there’s a ton of traffic and cars hissing by. Need more workers here, the food is taking forever.

Good place for healthy quick food. Lineups can be long at peak lunch hour, but the selections are really a good option if you want relatively fast but nutritious food and not junk. The You Pick Two is great value, and their premium sandwiches are flavorful. I love their hearty soups. This location is at par with all their other locations. In general this franchise maintains good consistency across locations(unfortunately this includes the consistent crazy town mad lineups at noon wherever I’ve been.)

Rather tucked away Panera Bread in the corner of a plaza with REALLY long lines during lunch hours. Truthfully, if you’re coming into this area for food and want to get a sandwich, Wegman’s makes some of the best subs I’ve ever tasted(and they’re right across the street); however, if you’re studying(like moi) and in need of WiFi, then Panera’s would be the right choice. Perhaps I was just extremely hungry that day or their portions are a little smaller than others in the area, but I wolfed down my Pick 2 combo items and was still hungry for more(mind you, I also tore apart that piece of whole grain bread they include on the side too). Prices are the same, I believe(definitely under $ 10) and I got the Mediterranean Veggie ½ sandwich and Cream of Tomato Soup. They were okay, nothing to brag about. It is the same Panera’s quality I would expect everywhere although I did notice the guy prepping the food was very haphazard in pouring the soups and what not and just let it run down the sides of the soup cup/bowl.

Bread. Lemonade. Cinnamon roll. The four stars aren’t for this location in particular, but all Panera Breads! When you are in the middle of nowhere, and only chain restaurants and fast foods are around, I would definitely pick Panera Bread! Obviously this isn’t gourmet, but this is like the best of the worst! And you know sometimes you just want some bad food!
