Josie Costanza has been my hair stylist since September 1997. That’s right…18 years later and I still will not allow anyone else to even think of coming near my hair! Josie is a great listener and collaborates with me in deciding what will be the best cut and color for me. She is extremely well skilled, has a very keen eye for what looks good within the latest trends and she possesses the innate ability to not only understand what her client wants but also how to incorporate that want with what will ultimately be the best look for the client.
Josie is a true professional who actively seeks to ensure that her client is happy. Even the least vain of us want to look our best for special occasions, a night on the town and more importantly, every single day! Josie helps me and countless others achieve the right look that in turn gives us the confidence to partake in our daily activities. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her! Over the years I have recommended many people to her who in turn have recommended her to others. Josie’s impeccable work truly speaks for itself.
Thank you Physical Features for providing a clean, relaxing and fun environment. I will never go anywhere else.

I’m really disappointed in my blowout — my hair only needs about a half hour to get done but my stylist was to focused on sectioning and the brush blowout that she was waiting time — I ended up leaving before she even finished because I was on a tight schedule. My hair was not fully dried and frizzy ! I had to put it in a ponytail before I even walked out of the salon. A great blowout should be the first thing mastered by a stylist — at least that’s my opinion but I guess I have to be careful who I choose to blowout my hair now

Manicurist F, she sneaezed on my hands and then complained when i said that i have to wash my hands. Her response wasvshe doesnt have germs. Unprofessional. She should have been suspended. Styling appointment, with a female stylist who’s name starts with a J.
First and only time recap, commuted 45 minutes away due to a deal I received.
* Her station was not clean
* Upon entering the salon, you as a customer are on a timer.
* During the blow dry, the stylist, whos name starts with a J. actually dropped the brush on the floor and then picked up the same brush which was dropped on the floor, without cleaning it, and continued to use the brush on my hair ! Not clean
* She started to forcefully try to sell me for 15 minutes nonstop while styling, although really failed at styling.
* Grade C
* The salon has appointments back to back and the customer feels like a number. She didn’t follow instructions. Save your money or visit the other salons on the same strip. The experience was very disappointing.
* I was very disappointed as to why the salon never surveyed me my opinion of the client experience
* The work was not anything glam by older stylist who’s first name starts with J.
* This is being posted as a public service to allow you to speak up when you feel you are not receiving the best service.
* Why don’t the managers or owners survey us, after our service so they can know what is really happening in their salon?
I commuted all the way to this location for a style which was not what I requested and it was mediocre. I could have paid a friend to do such a job.

The woman who did my nails actually sneazed on my hand while doing the nails. She was told to take a tissue and clean her hands while I went to wash the germs off my nails and hands. She was defensive and said «I am not sick, No, these are just allergies «. Wow, this salon should really have meetings and take surveys.

I am very disappointed, because the early time of the appointment is not an excuse for lack of cleanliness and a timer based environment. This is my experience sadly.

The 5 stars are for my girl, Phylis. She is the best & such a sweetie!
I may stray from time to time, but I always come back to her.
Owners: please, please, please update or take down your website. You have information on there from 2009! Your competition down the street has a great website with the ability to book appointments online.
p. s. no tips on credit cards. it’s their policy, though it’s not posted on the website or on a sign at the register.

I was visiting my best friend in Woodbridge from New Jersey and took her here for a belated birthday treat of manicures and pedicures. Wow, did I get lucky by stumbling into this place. They were so accommodating in getting me an appointment for the next day when we could both be seen and spend some time together. And the woman who did our actual manis and pedis (wish I could remember her name) was wonderful. She was funny and attentive, and the work was impeccable. We had a blast, and I’d go back in a heartbeat. As a bonus, they were offering a spa pedicure special (the mani was free), so the price was right.
