Riggin Property Management

Just don’t. This company is horrible! We currently rent in one of the communities they run the HOA in. It is horrible and a pain in the ass living in this community. The actual people who live here are wonderful, but the HOA makes it really hard to live here. We have assigned parking spots directly in front of our town homes, however one of the ladies at Riggin’s has given a towing company permission to come into this community and tow anyone they want, regardless of if there was a complaint or not as long as that person is not showing a parking plaque. Meaning, if you parked your car right in front of your house, but forgot to hang the badge in your windshield, your car will get towed and you are out $ 125 when you try to get it out. They are not concerned with the behavior of their contractors or the quality of work on grounds maintenance, but hey! if you leave your trash can out for to long then you better leave your going to get a $ 50 fine in the mail. They have allowed trees to overgrow and rot all around our town homes and there seems to be a huge disparity between the maintenance expectations they have for the homeowners. So, if you are looking for someone to manage your property, and you do not care about the condition of your property or the opinion of your tenants then this is your company. I have only remained in this townhouse because I love me neighbors and my landlord is amazing, to bad his property is inside this community. STAY AWAY from any properties managed by this company if you are looking to rent.
