Why 3 stars? Although the physical therapists are great, the administrative part was lacking some.
I had 2 great therapists — Jenny and Ujjwal. They are both very knowledgeable and have helped me to regain the strength in my neck after I was diagnosed with a neck sprain. The home exercises they recommended worked well. And they even said that if I ever have a problem after being discharged, I can email them. Awesome!
However, there was one incident that rubbed me wrong. After my first visit, I went on vacation for a week. When I got back, work was hectic and I had to work some overtime. I got a message from Ujjwal asking when I planned to make another appointment. I called back and left a message saying that I was recently on vacay and I’ve been really busy at work, sorry I haven’t called. I asked how much longer my insurance would cover — THIS IS WHY IT’S IMPORTANT TO KNOW YOUR POLICY YOURSELF. A week went by, I didn’t hear from anyone. I figured they were doing research or something. I get another call from Ujjwal saying they haven’t heard from me. Huh? So I called back and told them I had left a message. They said they never received it. Okaaaay. So I made the next appointment that agreed with my schedule, it was for a week later. When I came in, they told me I had been discharged since they never heard from me… SO THEN I’m told they will ask for 4 more weeks from the insurance. I make appointments for the next 4 weeks (the first week they didn’t have any openings). I come in the second week and I’m told «Your insurance expires in 2 days. So basically this is your last day.» o_​O
I wasn’t upset, because I have definitely improved. However, it’s the principle. Communication is key. And I’m also a fan of great customer service.
The person at the front desk was always different when I came, but they were nice. And scheduling appointments is easy, just make sure you schedule them as much in advance as you can. THEY HAVE SATURDAY APPTS!

Select Physical Therapy has been amazing for my mother. She had total knee replacement and it has been a rough road for her. The staff and therapists here have been a Godsend. The ladies at the front desk are so knowledgeable and really work to make your schedule fit. They also work very hard to make sure everything works with your insurance, even though that can sometimes be time consuming and painful. The therapists are friendly and caring. They are also very knowledgable and understand that everyone has their own pace. Everyone that comes in here has been very happy with the service and I know both my mother and I are pleased. They also have an extensive number of machines and plenty of tables. They also offer some alternative therapies that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Overall a great experience!

Saturday 8:00 AM — 1:00 PM

They’re open on weekends and after 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Great staff. Very nice and knowledgeable.
