Called ServiClean after a minor drain backup in the basement. They offered to come out over the weekend for a $ 125 fee if I wanted an estimate, or offered a free estimate during the week. Called on Monday morning and Carlos was at my house within a few hours.
Carlos inspected the area, checked moisture levels, and told me that I had already done most of the work that they would have done, and suggested that their services weren’t required at this point. He gave me some ideas of how to proceed and offered to do the job if I really wanted them to.
I appreciated ServiClean’s responsiveness and honesty about the job. If I need services in the future, I will contact them.

Amazing service. They came on time as promised to inspect a mold issue that showed up with a plumbing issue. Carlos Perez was the inspector. Carlos was quick and professional. He took pictures inside the ceiling (hole cut by plumber) and recommended we hire a regular contractor to do the work. Very honest and straightforward. The size of the affected area is so small we could do it ourselves (with proper breathing apparatus). He didnt recommend expensive testing or employ any sort of fear mongering, techniques that are all too common with mold remediation companies. I will hold on to this business card in case of future issues. They charge a minimum of $ 800 for mold remediation and the size of the area is so small Carlos said it wasnt worth the $ 800. This company was well worth the $ 49 inspection fee. I would pay more because of their honest upfront attitude. Thank you ServiClean for the peace of mind! Give Carlos a raise ;)

Great water damage company. Fastest response EVER! Great communication and very detailed, and their work was beyond my expectations. The crew was very knowledgeable and knew just what they were doing. Will definitely call ServiClean in the future.

Serviclean is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of working with yet! What started out as a leaky faucet turned into so much more with so much water damage in our home. They helped make a horrible situation into a great experience. Their workers Carol and Juan were wonderful! Carlos is such a sweet man and really tried to help out in anyway you can. My husband was at work when I had them come in and I was intially lost and confused, but with their patience and expertise they helped me understand evrything that was going on and what they were going to do to help. Of EVER you need water restoration, this is your place! The two women answering my calls, Lillian and Jamie were helpful and very kind as well! I never leave reviews, so this is my first but I HAD to share what a Very satisfied customer I am!

After checking reviews on several sites I called ServiClean Inc (Woodbridge, VA) for a consultation for mold remediation. Carlos responded on time and thoroughly checked the house. He advised that the damage was very minor and it was not necessary to hire a mold remediation company. Carlos advised how the mold should be cleaned up and suggested that if I need to hire someone that a regular contractor could handle it for a much lower price.
We had no idea of the extent of the damage and could easily have been charged way too much. I really appreciate Carlos’s honesty. I would definitely call ServiClean again for any water or mold issues!
