This company is wonderful! If you are in distress from an accident or problem at your home these are the people to call to clean up the mess. They will get you back to normal in the least amount of time.
We had a leak in our utility closet that affected the kitchen and the first floor powder room. We had water under all of the flooring in the kitchen and seeping into the walls. It was everywhere and we were worried about mold and everything being ruined.
Tim showed up with Moses at our home and got the place back to normal in record time. They tested for mold and made sure it was safe for us to be there. They pulled up the old flooring and vapor barrier and got rid of it. They moved fans and dehumidifiers into the house to dry things out and explained everything to us on what had to happen to ensure that there would be no more damage and things would be functioning once again.
Tim checked on us with phone calls and stopped in daily to determine our progress. He was courteous, knowledgeable and quite amiable. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure that we understood the whole claims process. Tim is the consummate professional and the standard that others should be held to. He is an excellent technician and one of the best representatives that Servpro can have.
Moses was quite friendly and very efficient. He moved equipment in and out rapidly and was quickly able to tell us what was going where and why. He is a customer service person who can easily explain things, is quite personable and has a great work ethic.
You can’t get better than this company to help you out when you have a cleaning problem. These people should be on your speed dial for damage control.
