Besides the long wait to begin a new contract, Beatrice was excellent and provided great customer service. She was friendly, smiling and made sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. Sprint has the most cost-efficient deals right now. So excited to be leaving AT&T!

The worst store and the worst service ever. I really need to go back to Verizon. Trying to get a correct me hone number for any customer care support is like going thru Congress. The other lady could not even speak full sentences. I am really surprised at the amount of bs I had to go through just to get my phone fixed! Pick a different store location.

As an establishment that leaves you waiting for extended amounts of time, there should be a public restroom. Being directly to another business is such a poor practice. Wait times are atrocious here as well as the workers attitudes towards customers. FYI: you are working for the customer not doing them a favor by getting them a new contract or phone.

So I have been a Sprint customer for a while now and every time I come in for anything the majority of the employees are ignorant and have a look on their face like they’d like to stab your face. The turn around time between customers waiting is horrendous, it takes a minimum of 10 – 15 min for an employee to to finish with one customer do whatever they have to do and then call the next customers name on the list. This store is so unorganized and honestly I might as well just have pre-ordered my iPhone 6 with Apple themselves or even Best Buy. Now once again there are few… FEW… Good employees who actually show good customer service.
