Worst Starbucks ever, get your shit together, hire new people, my coffee is always wrong or disgusting

I’m giving this one three stars because the drinks are always great, but I can’t wrap my head around how the employees are always rude and sour. It’s like they can’t be bothered to make your coffee– hello, isn’t that your job? I understand having a bad day every once and while, but it’s every single time I go in there. There are a few redeeming employees who are so sweet, but I only encounter them once in a blue moon. Also, the drive thru is kinda slow– forget about rush hour-you’ll be waiting for a good 20, 30 minutes.

This location is terrible due to the service or should I say, lack of service. The employees walk at a snails pace and if they are not on the register, they walk around with a dishtowel in their hand while the line grows to the door. BADSERVICE!

I frequent many Starbucks across New England in my travels for work, and I have to say every bad experience I have ever had at a Starbucks has been at this particular location. This morning I ordered a Venti Mocha Light Frappuccino and added no whip after my order. Now hear me out, at other Starbucks, I have been asked if I want whip on my mocha light frappuccino. So to save the additional question, I state it upfront. I ordered through the drive thru and the young lady taking my order decided to correct me and said with a VERYNASTY tone“it doesn’t come with whip that’s why it’s called mocha light.” Unnecessary. Her attitude was uncalled for and rude. Her job is to take my order, be pleasant and deliver what I ordered without a side of sass. This isn’t the first issue with team member’s feeling it necessary to «correct» me and other customers at this location. Going forward I’ll get my coffee from the Bruegger’s Bagels down the road here, where they are always pleasant. Coach your team please Starbucks because you aren’t the only game in town.

I don’t understand why this place has a drive thru. It’ll probably be faster going inside. 15 minutes at the drive thru for a latte is unacceptable.

I love Starbucks but not this location. Service is slow inside and at drive thru, drink orders are often completely wrong or just not prepared to Starbucks standard, and most disappointing, the staff is less than pleasant. I am surprised that the problems have been allowed to continue.

It’s a Starbucks like any other and thank god for google wifi! But the teavana teas are not that great, or at least I can’t recommend the hot teas. Busy place though and the staff seem nice enough and very efficient.

Terrible service. I try not to review fast-food/drink places but the service was just too bad to ignore. Always a long wait, not sure why since when I go there is no more than 2 cars in the drive-thru. For a place right off of 15& on the turnpike one would think they would be more efficient with their service knowing people are on the go!

I always love stopping off at this Starbucks on my way up to Maine. It’s right off of 15 so it’s super easy to get on an off of the highway. I always know that I’m getting close when I see the infamous(Heros) tunnel. They do have a drive-thru for those in a hurry, but the inside offers plenty of seating and a nice ambiance if you want to stay a while. If I lived closer, I’d totally spend countless hours studying there. The building is really cute too. Service has always been good for me and the drinks are always good as well, but I only visit about 3 to 4 times a year.

The worst Starbucks in existence. I’m a gold club member and have reviewed through corporate as well. The slowest drive thru. Never really clean inside. If it wasn’t the only Starbucks for miles I’m sure it would be closed by now. The employees put forth mild effort to be nice but they spend more time talking to each other and being smartasses than actually working. Average time in the drive thru is 12 minutes. And there’s barely four cars. And more than half the time they get your drink/food.order wrong. Ridiculous.

Can’t complain about service here — friendly, efficient, just as it should be. I ordered a peppermint mocha and plopped down for two hours to get some work done without complaint from the staff. The store was clean, despite bustling with activity and steady stream of customers while I was there. Overall, a typical Starbucks!

A ‘Bucks conveniently located directly off of 15, in case you’re in need of some caffeine or breakfast on your drive somewhere in CT. There was a lot of parking and it wasn’t hard to find. I was kind of astonished at how crowded it was when I was there on a Sunday morning. I guess that’s a popular time to go to Starbucks? There was only one table left out of the whole huge dining area, which was fortunate, as I didn’t feel like eating in my car! I wasn’t a big fan of the service here. The barista was chatting with the customer ahead of me, who had already ordered and received his food, while I waited patiently for a few minutes. Not a huge deal as I wasn’t in a rush, but still, I would have liked to have gotten my food quickly so I could make my way back home as I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. She also wasn’t terribly friendly with me. But that was just one person out of the entire staff here, so hopefully you’ll have a better experience than me!

This Starbucks is one of the many I love. The cute little house turned coffee shop is fun and interesting. The staff here is incredibly efficient, has a bit more turn over, but overall performs well despite the massive lines that form here both inside and in the drive through. The seating area is minimal and is confined to a corner of the house and nothing more. The remainder of the space is the giant pastry case, the register and working area, then the coffee additions space, and the bathrooms. There is very little space to feel comfortable in here which is why I’m ever so thankful for a drive through. I can’t imagine spending any time here to do work or meet with a client. It’s just incredibly claustrophobic. Overall, not bad service, but seemingly never ending long lines. If you’re in the mood for lunch if their case is empty, stop by Katz Deli. You won’t be disappointed.
