The manager of the facility needs to go back to school about customer service. Yes strictness to policy is good but the hell very dry personality and i won’t recommend this storage to anyone. His assistant is the mini me of him. No personality and mean people. Both needs to be terminated. This facility is not friendly and both think that they are above you. Remember that we as a consumer is the one paying for their salary. I don’t need their sickening attitude as it reflects the whole company.

I was very happy with my stay at the facility.
The manager was very strict about policy, but I felt my items were safe under his supervision.
The hours of access were great, and I was able to move in for less than $ 30 dollars with the first month free promo.
Will definitely recommend to others!
