Almost refused to honor deals advertised on their website. This was immediately after two people in front of me got the exact same deal(manager had to manually discount food for some reason). I had to argue with manager that he gave it to the people in front of me(they were in the store and verified with me they got the deal). Finally got the deal. Then had to wait 25MINUTES to get my order. Wait should not be that long at dinner time…

I went through the drive thru to get my food along with others(co-workers). I get back to work and notice my order is wrong and my spicy chicken is so old/cold and hard as a hockey puck. So I called the phone number on the receipt and ask to speak to the manager and he says come back in and we will replace it for you, I informed him that I’m working, so he said just come in later. I said ok and ask for his first name and he responded I don’t have one and hung up on me. I have stayed away from this Wendy’s for a long time because the food is always old or cold so I decided to try it again, so I did. «never again». I’m done with this Wendy’s.

Fast, friendly service every time. They haven’t gotten a single one of my orders wrong. This particular location is never crowded when I go. They have a nice spacious parking lot and drive through with a trash can at the beginning and end of the drive through.

Usually this Wendy’s gets the orders straight but the drive through window, at night, is dangerous. I went in and ordered two burgers, mine I told them no pickles and no ketchup. Get home and they put tons of pickles and a lot of ketchup on my burger. I was so mad. So I picked up the burger and drove back to Wendy’s. I get to the first window and placed my order and when they ask for payment I slapped their screwed up burger on the window. So they wave me on to the next window. I don’t know what they told the people at the second window but when I pulled up they looked very puzzled. I had them remake my whole order as I didn’t want cold fries and a watery drink at home because I had to return to Wendy’s for them to fix the burger correctly. So they gave me the recooked order and as I sat there I checked my burger and it TOO was loaded with pickles and ketchup. I shoved it back in the window and the manager looked at it and started screaming at one of his help. So now, at the drive-through I ALWAYS check my order. The orders are usually correct inside but if they aren’t I’m right there to get the burger replaced or what ever it is they screwed up. Oh yes, they had a good taco salad but discontinued it. I thought they had the best fries but they changed them to fries with potato skins and cut smaller. But at least their fries are FAR better than the battered fries at Burger King.

I’ve been coming to this location for several years now. The service has been consistently friendly and the food hot and fresh. They are always great with my kids, making our lunches very enjoyable. The location in the shopping center makes this a very convenient stop!

This Wendy’s doesn’t really seem to have their –ish straight. Service is usually a tad slow and the last two times, my food was cold. It really seems to be hit or miss if you’re going to have a good experience here. I don’t eat fast food that often, but I prefer the Wendy’s off PW Pkwy near Target instead.
