Do not use this company! When quoting different prices they refuse to let you call other companies to see if their price really is competitive. They will tell you that their rates start at $ 25 but then when the tech arrives it is suddenly $ 240 or more to get into your lock! I even sent the tech pictures of the safe before hand and still no warning of the huge price jump. When I called and spoke to the manager after I tried to send the tech away for lying, the manager was no help at all. The tech said he would get into the lock for $ 100 for literally 5 seconds of effort and the manager told me that was a good price. He was completely unwilling to work with me and unwilling to even see the error. When you tell a customer the rates are $ 25 to start with no specifics on how they increase, then they expect the rate to be $ 25!!! Completely rude. Stay away! Plenty of other options.
