This BCBG outlet is wayyy better than the Tulalip one in Washington. There’s a nice variety of prices, item types and choices down to $ 34 dresses! After trying on plenty of cute choices, I bought an adorable $ 74 Max and Cleo one-shoulder dress here. I can’t wait to come back here!

Oh, how we love Woodburn Company stores! @ BCBG(our«must stop» there) we always have a ton of things to try on and choose from. But enough about the clothes, what draws us in, is the customer service that we get there. Hailey(I think that’s the way you spell it) is wonderful! Remembers us by name and give The Best Customer Service ever! Quick, courteous, very helpful! We get little cards from her in the mail with personal msgs — what a nice touch!

«Red dress… Strappy shoes… The saddest girl to ever hold a martini.» Why did every dress make me think of Penelope Cruz’s sad, soulful eyes in Vanilla Sky. Why did I feel like I was buying a dress for the Prom I wouldn’t be invited to. In the dressing room, they scrawl your name across the mirror in erasable marker. How’s that for a metaphor. In the dim light, my hair, my skin, my eyes don’t look like my own. What would happen, if I reached up and rubbed off a couple of letters? I could leave here with a new dress, and a new name.

Stylish, lovely, sexy and downright fun discounted dresses make me more than a little weak in the knees and fill me with a warm tingly feeling… So after several visits to this outlet I’m going to have to say that I really like this place and if I could it would get 3.5 stars. Why its good: fantastic dress that fit true-to-size marked down as much as 75%, cute tops, great pants. And if you stick to the sale stuff – prices are scandalously good. The cut of their clothes is fairly flattering on my body. Why its bad: Some of the waify staff were disinterested to the point of being rude(a few were helpful). They forbid returns and do steal your price tags(this is NOT good for the remorse-shopper who likes to buy at the store, run home, try on, and then realize she MUST return at least a few things).

I hate to give bad reviews, especially to such a great concept, but I have to rate this outlet store as horrible. I am only giving this place 1 star because I don’t know how to give it a negative 5 star rating. 1. The sales staff rang me up for something, and then without any justification added $ 30 on to the price. Yes that’s right, they did an over-ride on the price for an extra $ 30, for NOREASON. 2. Their staff was completely inattentive, and rude when they discovered that I was only browsing. 3. The manager openly stated on the sales floor that«they were down in the numbers and that her«girls had to get sales up.» 4. They TORE out the price tags of the items that I purchased, and said that it was company policy, as there were absolutely no returns. The only nice Sales Associate was Ashley, and it was her first day, so I hope she gets the discount, quits and moves on, because she was way too cool for this place. So, despite a very nice selection of clothes, at decent prices, I would rather spend the money to get BCBG MaxAzaria at Nordstrom’s where the sales staff treat you like a person, and don’t bill $ 30 additional on to your account for NOREASON. And this is coming from a girl who has«It’s Reduced» as her headline, so you know how I feel about discounts. It’s a shame. I’ll go back, but only when it’s under new management.
