This company was attentive. We went in to look at headphones. They were there to help us, but not pushy as salespeople. We bought the headphones for me, and went about our business. A week later, my cat had chewed through the chord on my headphones. We searched for the receipt but couldn’t find it. My wife took it into the store, not expecting much. They said no problem. Since they didn’t have the chord in the store at the time(the chord is detachable) they just replace my whole headset. No questions. I like that. Customer service without making you feel uncomfortable. And it could’ve been an uncomfortable situation since we couldn’t find the receipt. Thank you Bose and staff. We’ll definitely be back.

Friendly. Make sure you go to the shopping center customer service center and sign up for their Savy Shopper program. You get $ 10 gift certificate for each $ 500 spent. Gift certificate is good at any store in the center.
