Ecko Unlimited 152

I love coming to this Ecko! The prices are incredible and of course there are no taxes! I’ve been going to the Ecko in Woodburn for about 3 years now and whenever I go I receive great service. The staff always greets me and checks up on me. But I started to notice a change to the store. When I first arrived at Ecko I noticed that the old store manger Josh was not there! He was passionate about his job and had a huge knowledge about the product. He was the main reason I went to that Ecko. His energy was upbeat and genuine. Definitely needs to upgrade their store manager.

Now, lets get to the experience I had a couple of days ago… I walked into the store and standing there was a staff member who did not even acknowledge me! I walked right past him and not a single hello. I asked for his help and he answered me with an attitude, like if he did not want to be there. He had absolutely no knowledge of the product! When I turned by back to him to ask him one more question I noticed that his phone was out on the sales floor! How incredibly rude!!. His service was one of the worst services I have ever received!!! I demanded to talk to the manager and i asked one of the employees if i could speak to josh to ask about the rude employee, to later find out that josh was no longer there and…, is the store manager!!!
Overall, the general staff is simply amazing!!! I ALWAYS get a smile from them. They care about their customers and appear to enjoy being there, when I had a question they did not hesitate to answer it. If the manager wasn’t there than I would love coming back each time. This store needs their old manager back. I left the store with 5 t shirts, 1 jacket, and 2 pair of jeans! Good deals and good service.

I really like this store… BUT ecko doesnt update there clothes often… so its the same olé same olé… once you buy 4 coats your pretty much bought what they will have in stock for the next year… btw dont buy and jacket over $ 20…its an ecko outlit… it better be 19.
