These guys are first class. I inherited a sinktop walter purifier with the new house. After the first filter change we noticed a significant change in the taste of the water. It was a bit frustrating because it took a while before we figured out he problem but they kept coming out and trying different things until the problem was fixed. Gave us several filter change without charge. They really want you to enjoy your water.
