Since the new building has begun, the service is inconsistent and often incorrect. I always order mashed potatoes without gravy; I usually get gravy all over the potatoes. Be sure to repeat and have them repeat and then check your order before you drive away if you are going through the drive through. I was there last week and they had NO biscuits at 5 PM ! NONE. They offered me an extra cookie ! Seriously no biscuits at 5 PM?

I refuse to go to the KFC’s in Salem. So we decided to try the one in Woodburn and it too failed to get our order right. And I am pretty sure the mashed potatoes and gravy were microwaved because it was super hot and cold in areas.
Wish more Popeyes or Church’s or Chic-fil-A’s would open around here.
