This could be a 5 but and would be if it was on the food and price only. Knocked it a star cause the ambiance and would be nice if they accepted cards.
I still recommend it all the time and bring friends and they all enjoy the food too!
Hope they do a few upgrades and I can change it to a 5 star.

This is THE place for awesome tacos & tortas! The salsa and pickled vegetables are excellent as well.

Visiting Portland, from Montana. Took a little side trip JUST to eat here. Great food.

I used to eat here all the time for the past two years but now I have moved on. This is the hot spot for late night tacos. I remember when tacos used to be $ 1.00 but since then they increased the price without increasing quality. When I first moved to the area, my girlfriend brought me here because she was more familiar with the area at that time.
At first, they were tasty, but since we experience other local restaurants (and taco trucks) nearby, our expectations of quality is different now. Another thing to note, since my last visit, they only take cash.
