Human hair in chicken pot pie, which until then I had considered tasty. I took the hair to the counter and told the young ladies where I’d found it. The brunette in the black glasses and black hoody said, «That’s not ours. It’s too short.»(About 5 «long). The blonde in the red Portland Winterhawks sweatshirt sprayed the counter and wiped it off. Neither one apologized. They offered neither a replacement nor a refund. I returned to my table, pushed the pot pie away and ate the clam chowder, hoping not to discover anything out of the ordinary and waiting to see if the discussion between the two of them would result in better though delayed service. It did not.

So, we’re shopping… and hunger set it. Didnt want Subway or Chinese. «Eat at the Pie Company», says the Converse lady who sold me $ 120+ of apparel for about $ 35. «They have pot pies and soup», she says. Clam chowder so creamy and good. Pot pie… chunky, creamy, and crust is flaky as all goodness! Didn’t order a pie but I swiped a sample of the Caramel Apple pie. So good. Wish they had more of a selection. They didnt have the chili available… So sad. But, for what they do have, very good and very sweet service. Damn! Wrong one! My review is for THEPIESHOP at the Outlet. Sorry… Oh and the pot pie is actually«Pike Place Chowder» sold here. In fairness, their homemade bread is really delicious.

Best pie and ice cream! Stopped and got a marionberry pie shake while shopping! Way better than a blizzard! Such good customer service as well! We had Willamette valley pie at our wedding and we think it’s the best around! Thanks for being affordable, delicious, and amazing!

I was shopping and wanted a quick bite. This cute little stand was just perfect. The gals working were really sweet and answered my questions. I was bummed they did not have the blueberry pie mentioned in other review, I opted for the cherry hand pie. It was delicious, and a well priced treat for $ 3. It was flakey but also soft so it did not fall apart. The crust to filling ratio was just right. They have some outside seating which was nice since there is not seating inside– it’s basically a stationary food truck. I’ll be back.

I would say this is good standard pie, but not the best I’ve ever had. It would be way better if the pie was actually warm. I had the peach raspberry and you can tell it’s real fresh fruit which was good. But you can’t expect too much from a small shack in the middle of a mall. $ 1 ice cream cone is a steal and great for kids(or my fellow sweet tooth adults). This is the best food place in the whole outlet mall though.

Little perfect shop in between the outlets. As the name suggest you get pies here. They offer ice-creams as well. They have sitting area and perfect place to take a break or relax in between outlets hopping. It’s such a cute shop that I just adore. I am glad they opened this here. Good place to get an energy booster that is much needed when you are shopping. I tried the blueberry pie which tasted good and had thick butter crust. I will try their ice creams next time. I am happy to see them at Wood Burn. Do try this pit stop for sure!
