I have to say at first sit of the Woodburn Public Library you might think twice about going in. It’s located in down town Woodburn, which has a bad reputation. There are always odd looking people walking around. So I ventured into the library to find a nice quiet and clean place. The first thing you notice is that the building is old and it shows it. From the looks it has a ton of books but once you start looking you find out that isn’t true. The books are all dated and hard to find, most of the good book must be ordered. Woodburn in a Hispanic town so it’s not a surprise that a lot of the books are in Spanish. The children section is missing many classic kids’ books. Overall I was a little disappointed but it is a small city library. They do have free Wi-Fi and the employees are nice.
