Swung by this afternoon to fix a data upgrade issue that AT&T couldn’t figure out after 40 minutes on the phone. I was promised a manager call back in an hour, still waiting 4 hours later. I got lucky in that the store was empty, so no wait. Andrew saw the issue in about 2 seconds, explained it clearly, and upgraded my data plan without a hard sales pitch. It was a pleasure, in and out in under 10 minutes. Hope he likes his job and stays there a while.

This place is not very well staffed always a long wait to be seen! Thought I could swing by on my lunch to take care of a few issues with my new phone! Because I wasn’t buying they really didn’t want to give me the time of day! Note to staff, just like you I didn’t want to be there either but you have a job to do and I have an issue that needs resolving! Please improve!

don’t go there with billing questions. manager tells you that he will follow up with you ‘tomorrow’ with AT&T. 6 days and I’m still waiting. Very happy to sell you a phone, not so inclined to help you out with problems.
