Tom with Audio Video Insights was fantastic, he came out to my home and did a first look to see what could be done and was not overbearing at all. He listened to what I wanted but also gave his suggestions. After the initial visit he sent a quote right away with what it would cost. After a couple days, maybe even a week I was ready to move forward, but with a different idea than we talked about. He was open to it and did the install EXACTLY how I wanted, the cost even ended up a bit cheaper than initially quoted because he didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. Oh, he also cleaned up everything, vacuuming included. GREAT install and very professional.
