Absolutely the worst customer service! The attendants do not know what they are doing. They advertise they have coupons to get you in the store but they tell you that they can’t take them because they don’t know how to input the coupons in the system. What was worse is that they falsely advertise that most garments are $ 4.49 but it is up to the attendants desegregation –very subjective! Terrible job at the cleaning and overall very disappointed with the charge and service you will receive. I asked to speak to a manager Kathy who was very rude and told me that they can’t redo a transaction even though she realized that the coupons should be accepted.

The worst customer service ever at both Woodbury locations. Twice my clothing has been damaged at the West St Paul plant. Never will return. I will go to another drycleaner & pay more money to have my clothing properly cleaned WITHOUT damaging clothing– that has been shrunk or buttons tore off the clothing. The excuses the manager or owner gives for damaged clothing by their staff is laughable !

I know it sounds bizarre, but I have never been happier with the service of a dry cleaning service. Kathy is the best manager and knows customers by first name and even a little about our lives because she actually cares and remembers us. She (as well as her other staff) brighten my day when I just run a quick errand to the cleaners. Lots of coupons for Clean N Press, I see them everywhere. There are even more coupons on the web site. Best prices, awesome staff, quick turn around!
