negative stars– my laundry is missing– over 3k
what a nightmare!!! from redeeming a $ 200 voucher on gilt– to set up of pickup– to pick up– to delivery. i have someone else’s crap laundry and mine is missing and they just say be patient? no one to call– what a sham of a business.
they list locations but most of them are in private buildings and you can’t use them. the web site doesn’t work right– the whole thing has been a major disastrous fail!!!
i am missing my frette bedding– duvet, sheets, shams etc. 11 lululemon outfits– top and bottoms– a lulu jacket– a drycleaned jacket– sneakers and slippers, la perla and hanky panky undergarments, 10 lulu sports bras, my frette sheets– 6 large and all my wash cloths, jeans, so much clothing– almost 40 lbs and they can’t find it??? re you f-​n kidding me??? really are you f-​n kidding?
at least pick up this poor other girls clothing– i have tried to contact people on fb that could potentially be her so she’s not all twisted like i am!!!
you people absolutely suck!!!

I still love DashLocker even though they recently lost my Marc Jacobs bag pack. We’re currently working on a resolution together.

As Dashlocker is my neighbor, I’ve been using them constantly. My laundry comes back perfectly folded and neat. They have gotten out many food stains that my 3 year old has on her clothes, which is impressive. The drycleaning comes back in a really nice garment back that’s reusable— speaking of, the laundry bags they give you are really great. Very easy to carry the laundry in with a nice shoulder strap.
I like the email communication. Also I get text alerts when my laundry is ready for me. I’m very happy with them and denim itself recommend them!
