Thank goodness they have a consultation before each new patient. It was there I learned that, despite being told over the phone my insurance was covered, my insurance wasn’t covered. They would need to take payment up front and then they would submit to the insurance company and then they would send me a check for the difference. If you have Delta Dental, beware. Otherwise, people I know and trust recommend them. I didn’t get past waiting a week to repair a broken tooth just to be told that Delta was technically«covered», but only on the back end. I don’t have any trouble passing the recommendation on to anyone who either doesn’t have Delta or doesn’t mind paying up front.
