Edible Arrangements

I am updating this review from 2 stars to 4 after receiving a phone call from the store manager. She offered to send out a new arrangement, which I declined since it was for a Christmas party, so it is kind of pointless. Instead, she issued a credit for the full amount I spent to be used in their store within the next 12 months. :) Excellent customer service on their part!
I order an Edible Arrangement for family in MN every year for Christmas. This year, we went with this store instead of the one in Maple Grove that we normally use since the family did their get together at a different relative’s house. I will give them credit for getting the arrangement delivered in a timely fashion, but that is about all I can say.
I ordered a «Regular» sized arrangement, and while the photos I got look like it might have actually contained what was shown in the photo, it was not at all pretty. Edible Arrangements are usually arranged in a mound shape so you can see everything in the basket, and they look beautiful. The one that was delivered this year is totally flat and the pieces of fruit look like they were simply filed behind one another. For $ 130.69 (after a free delivery code), I expect something that does not look like my 9 year old son put it together. (I will be posting photos.)
