Firehouse Subs

This place is great. Best quick sandwich place around. Free fireman’s hats for the kids and probably 50 hot sauce varieties. Give this place a shot!

It’s a tastier subway with a more pleasant experience, but worse bread. I was very extremely satisfied until I ate the sandwich, after which, I was just moderately satisfied. The service was excellent, the food is cheap, they are fast, and the restaurant has a unique process. They even have a HUGE selection of hot sauces with heat ratings (ranging from glorified ketchup to acid that melts your stomach lining). However, from the look of the sandwich photos and the aesthetic of the restaurant I was expecting a higher-​end sandwich.
I was ignorant to think a $ 6 dollar sandwich could be anything more than filling, but I did leave the restaurant happy and with money for desert at Cherry Berry next door.
I stuffed my face with the Italian sandwich. It was mayo heavy and gave me a bit of a stomach ache afterwards, but there was a tasty balance of sweet and salty flavors that invited bite after bite.
In short, if you’re looking for a quick hot sandwich and an interesting conversation about hot sauce, I would recommend it!

Good food and service. I would highly recommend the Hero sandwich.
They also have a plethora of hot sauces to try.
Liked the mural of police, fire and EMTs which also represented each local area highschool. Very community oriented thinking, which I understand the owners were all firefighters? Nice touch.

Definitely fresh and delicious subs. This is a new favorite of mine. This place is now at the top of the sub shop list for me!
