I arrived with a waiting room full of patients and asked if I would have to wait more than 45 minutes, and they didn’t think so. My visit was just a quick post op check. I was told that if I didn’t take that appointment, it would be March (over a month wait) to get scheduled again. I spoke to 3 people after that who said an hour wait was the norm. The doctor herself said that rather than schedule patients without such a que, it would be better for them to have an hour wait than take the chance of cancellations and her missing a time slot to see a patient. Obviously they have a thriving practice, but be prepared to wait. Bring a book, knitting, or something to occupy your time. Be prepared for lots of little kids and other noise in the waiting room, plus being in a in between waiting area between seeing different associates. This may be the norm for medical care in the future but it is still not a great experience.

Busy… Very busy here. Surprisingly busy here. But I can see why there are plenty of people in the waiting area at all times… This place does a very thorough job of examining your eyes. My sight has become horrendous. Well the dr and his assistants did a great job of taking previous info, doing a much needed and overdue exam, and adjusted my lenses accordingly from what I was wearing to what I need today.
For this being my first time visiting this Dr’s office, I gotta say that I was impressed and satisfied.
