Great staff, awesome pretzels, and customer service is great! Let me start with, we ordered a party tray online and messed up by not picking the right date(party was 2 days later) so they initially made a tray a day early. Even though it was our fault, without ever making a fuss the staff happily made us a fresh party tray for the day we actually wanted. I’ll just add., for $ 28 the trays are HUGE! Every single party should have one of these! Every. Single. Party. Thanks guys!

Great pretzels, friendly staff. To the employee blowing his nose in the food prep area, you totally grossed me out and I threw away my food when I got home. You didnt wash your hands or leave the area. Disgusting.

Great place outside of Philly to get an authentic Philly Soft Pretzel. Soft Pretzels are not all created equal, so you may experience a craptastic first impression of a Philly Pretzel if you get it from the little silver food carts in the touristy areas of Center City Philly. Don’t do it! Find a Philly Soft Pretzel Factory or another authentic place. And please, whatever you do, don’t get one and judge all soft pretzels from what you will get from a Wawa convenience store. As much as I love me some Wawa, their soft pretzels suck. This particular location if the Philly Soft Pretzel Factory is in the south Jersey area and is pretty good. They’re clean, mostly friendly and the pretzels are always yummy. There’s also a discount after 3pm so, you’re likely to get a lot more bang for your buck. As of the time of this review, the cost of each pretzel is 75 cents which isn’t going to break the bank. There’s a price break the more you buy too. Also, they have side cups of dipping choices like mustard(regular to spicy) cheese, chocolate and like a butter cream-ish one which is sweet and Delish. And they have fun things like hot dogs wrapped in a pretzel and some places have cheesesteaks in a pretzel. Go check them out.
